Paia Beach House is a fictional 16-key boutique hotel imagined for a restored 1927 building in Paia, Maui. Inspired by the laid-back character of Maui’s North Shore, the concept brings together the nostalgia of old Hawaii, surf culture, and a relaxed approach to hospitality.

The project was developed from the ground up, from the hotel concept and positioning to the visual identity and guest experience. The identity extends across signage, stationery, in-room collateral, amenities, merchandise, digital touchpoints, and the hotel’s surrounding neighborhood experience.
